TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment terms - 100 %- Advance along with the Purchase Order.
2. Road Freight Charges will be Included (Free Shipping), if customer purchasing items together worth more than ₹20,000.
3. Cost of Installation & Setup is Excluded. If customer want Installation of Structure then they have to pay the Installation cost.
4. Our responsibility ceases once a consignment is handed over to courier/transporter/post office against a clear receipt. Loss, pilferage or damage, if any, caused in transit will not be our responsibility.
5. Returns/exchange are not allowed.
6. Warranty for all electrical/electronic items as per manufacturers certificate of warranty. Aironia In-Doorz does not take any warranty of these products.
7. All disputes arising out at any point of time will be subjected to Bulandshahr Jurisdiction.
8. Errors and omissions excepted.
9. Delivery Period - Dispatch will take 2-3 days if in stock. If out of stock: 1-2 weeks from the date of advance receipt within India. Same shall be mutually agreed before ordering.
10. Demo/Installation/Sample on chargeable basis.
11. Warranty - The warranty period commences from the original date of sale. The warranty is only valid for LED grow lights (6 month), pH meter, EC meter (6 months). No other item falls under warranty.
12. Aironia In-Doorz will facilitate delivery and deliver the material till delivery agents godown or Door delivery if available. Customer can choose and inform us their preferred delivery type/agent. We are not liable for damages happened due to transportation. Customer need to request transport agent if they need transport insurance.
13. Kindly inform at the time of ordering if you need door delivery or transporter godown delivery. Kindly take images/video while receiving materials. All functioning items like pumps, LEDs, etc. shall be immediately checked on arrival for working condition.
14. Our equipments shall only be used to grow crops which is legally allowed in Indian territory.
15. Aironia In-Doorz will not take guarantee of Crop growth that will fully depend on customer's treatment & Care given to the Crop.
